I am a doctoral clinician currently completing advanced clinical training at MQA. I am a fourth-year PsyD student in the Clinical Psychology program at Roosevelt University. I work collaboratively with clients across the lifespan to achieve their therapeutic goals in a safe and supportive space. I have trained in a variety of clinical settings and work with clients presenting with a wide range of concerns. I previously completed a therapy practicum at United Stand where I provided individual psychotherapy to elementary and middle school students navigating concerns related to anxiety, depression, interpersonal development, life transitions, immigration, and trauma. I recently completed a comprehensive diagnostic assessment practicum where I conducted psychological evaluations across the lifespan, administering cognitive, executive functioning, personality, and socio-emotional assessment batteries. I’ve dedicated my professional training to serving multiculturally diverse populations. As a first-generation Latina, I have had the privilege of providing services in Spanish. I enjoyed working with kiddos and teens and realized that working with adults was just as enriching. I believe psychological wellbeing is shaped by the interaction of biological, psychological, and social factors which have led me to approach therapy from an integrative and relational framework. I have experience with psychodynamic, attachment-based, play therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

When I am not working, I practice self-care and do my own nails. I also enjoy traveling (when I can), trying new coffee shops, going on walks with my mini dachshund, and spending time with friends and family.
