“I build therapeutic relationships with neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults by meeting them where they are and incorporating engaging activities to make therapy client led and interactive. I prioritize creating a safe space for clients to develop emotional regulation skills, impactful communication, and self confidence as they navigate life’s difficult moments.”

Presenting Concerns: ADHD, Anxiety, ASD, Depression & Other Mood Disorders, LGBTQIA+, Family Conflict, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Peer Issues/Social Skills, Executive Functioning

I received my masters degree in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2020. I have worked with children, teens, and young adults as a school social worker, registered behavior technician and mental health clinician over the past decade. These experiences have shown me that leading without judgment and providing consistent support are pivotal steps in helping individuals find their voice and express their true feelings inside and outside of therapy.

Outside of therapy I enjoy baking, spending time in nature. attending concerts, and playing DND with my best friends and cats by my side.
