I am passionate about psychological assessment and the opportunity it provides to better understand how individuals think, learn, and navigate the world around them. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Philosophy from Purdue University and my Master of Science in Psychology from Purdue University Northwest. My academic and professional training has focused on psychological assessment, psychometrics, and understanding the ways cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning interact.
I have hands-on training in the administration and scoring of standardized psychological and educational measures, including the WAIS-5 and WIAT-4, and I am continuing to expand my experience with comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment. I value an individualized and culturally responsive approach and believe that assessment should recognize both an individual’s strengths and areas of difficulty.
At MQA, I work alongside the clinical team to administer and score standardized assessments while helping clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the testing process. I am excited to continue developing my skills in psychological assessment and to contribute to evaluations that provide individuals and families with greater understanding of their unique strengths, needs, and experiences.
