I am a doctoral student at Case Western Reserve University completing a testing externship with Mirjam Quinn and Associates. I am on the child track in my program, and I intend to pursue a career as a clinical neuropsychologist. I am broadly interested in the intersection of neurodevelopmental disorders and serious mental illness with a particular focus on improving clinical assessments to increase diagnostic clarity of serious mental illness in neurodiverse individuals. I have completed diagnostic and neuropsychological assessment training at the MetroHealth Autism Assessment Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic Epilepsy Center in Cleveland, OH. Currently, I am continuing my neuropsychology training at the University of Illinois Chicago. I have conducted psychological evaluations and administered comprehensive assessment batteries which include cognitive, executive functioning, adaptive functioning, personality, and social-emotional assessments. In addition, I have experience providing individual psychotherapy across the lifespan with clients presenting with a wide range of concerns. With a master’s in early childhood special education, I have a special place in my heart for the younger kiddos however I have grown to enjoy working with teens and young adults just as much. I believe the complexities of the human experience can be difficult to attribute to any one diagnosis, so I take a transdiagnostic and integrative approach to therapy. I have experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, applied behavioral therapy, parent management training, exposure and response prevention, and the unified protocol.
When I am not testing, I love to travel, take my two dogs (Garak and Chloe) for long walks in the park, trying new restaurants, hosting guests in my home, and spending time with friends and family.
